Utility Billing

The Ponca City Utility Authority (PCUA) Billing Office strives to provide accurate records and billing services to all customers with prompt, professional, and courteous service. Our office is staffed with six full time personnel to personally assist customers with service initiation, transfer/disconnection of services, billing questions and payment arrangements. 

The Ponca City Utility Authority (PCUA) Billing Office is considered a full-service office providing: 

Electric is provided both inside and outside city limits. Some services may not be available to rural residents.

All new service will require a lease/rental agreement/proof of ownership, valid photo ID, and a $125 deposit or a 12 month good payment history (credit letter from previous utility provider) for residential. All those listed on the lease age 18 years and older must come into the office to begin service and complete the application for service with their photo ID. View the Ponca City Utility Rate Sheet

Utility Billing Cycles:

  • The City is divided geographically into 3 billing cycles.
  • Meters are remotely read every 27 to 33 days.
  • Dates may be affected by holidays.

  • Mail with Return Envelope with bill
  • Drop Box (Black PCUA box east of City Hall)
