We do not anticipate being able to provide free income tax prep service this year.

Make sure you have the following items with you when you come to the library:

  • A Government issued Photo id                       
  • Last year’s tax return.           
  • All W-2’s, 1099’s, any other form indicating wages earned.            
  • All Social Security card for everyone on the tax return.  

    The Ponca City Library will have a very limited number of both Oklahoma Tax Forms & Federal Tax Forms. If you sent in a paper form for the last tax year you will receive Oklahoma tax forms via the U. S. Mail. Be aware that you may visit the Oklahoma Tax Commission’s website or the IRS’s website listed above to print off tax forms.

    The Ponca City Library has internet accessible computers which you may use to access these websites. If you need help printing forms stop by the reference desk. The library charges 20 cents per page for printing.
