Lake Lots
When purchasing a lake lot, you purchase the improvements and the right to improve the land. However, you must also lease the land from the City.
At time of purchase, buyer must receive city services (water, sewer, electric, trash, and/or broadband) from the City of Ponca City prior to purchase of the lake lot. A current utility bill is required at lease signing along with a current photo ID. The seller must also sign a “Transfer of Ownership” and have it notarized for the buyer.
Lake lots are not to be sublet. Doing so may end in lease termination and forfeiture of lake lot.
Swimming is not allowed in front of docks.
