Can I view my bill or consumption online?: Any customer may set up an account online and view their billing and their consumption. A customer may also pay their bill online. www.poncacityok.gov

1. What do I need to begin new service?: Each customer is required to bring in a lease/rental agreement/deed or closing statement (own), photo ID of everyone listed on the paperwork over 18, and deposit or letter of credit from previous utility company (current 12 months history with no more than 2 late penalties) and a signed application for service.

2. How do I transfer service?: A customer must be current on their address now and bring in their new paperwork and a $20.00 transfer fee will apply on their first bill at their new residence.

3. Do you provide the trash containers?: The City does not provide the containers. A customer may use up to a 35-gallon container or trash bags. Please have containers or bags at your alley (if no alley at curb) by 7:00 a.m. on your dates of pickup. Residential pickup will be Tuesday and Friday or Monday and Thursday depending on your location.

5. Can I make payment arrangements?: A customer is allowed to make three payment arrangements (including changes) within a six month period. Contact the Utility Billing office for details.

6. Have questions about your consumption?: You may come in or call our office and a customer service representative will gladly go over your consumption by the day for the last 30 days or for the last few months. Graphs and data are available.

7. If I have an emergency after hours who do I call?: You may contact 580-767-0405 for after hours emergency call outs.
